What a lovely find! Thank you for such a beautifully finished and welcoming cottage filled with thoughtful details. We had a wonderful stay.

12/2026  We had a wonderful Christmas stay, our grandkids & daughter live locally. It was lovely to have everyone together around the table with windy beach walks and roaring fires. We would love to stay again.

02/02/2026 A beautiful last minute find for a short break. Just perfect, a well equipped cottage for a truly relaxing stay. Gorgeous sea walks with a stop for coffee and hot donuts at Zaks. Yummy fish & at the end of the road. Perfect location and we were lucky enough to have snow to make our stay even more memorable. Attentive owners who thought of every last detail. We will be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

09/01.2026 So nice we came back twice!  Two weekends on the bounce spent at Pips Cottage.  Once again we've had a perfect weekend and enjoyed exploring the local area.  Pakefield Plaice didn't disappoint, neither did Zaks Sunrise Cafe for coffee and donuts!  We completed the Lowestoft park run on Saturday which was fantastically friendly.  Thank you again for looking after us so well.  The roaring fires have been thoroughly enjoyed and the finer little extras.  Beautiful decor really have made this place feel like a home from home.  See you again soon for sure.

02/2026 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend.  Pips Cottage feels like a home away from home with all the small details thought of.  The cottage is lovely and warm which was much needed after a fresh beach walk!  Breakfast at the Jolly Sailors was fantastic as were the donuts from Zaks.  The area was lovely and quiet during the night even though we are close by to everything & anything we could need.  A highlight was watching the Bascule Bridge in Lowestoft raise for a large ship!  We can't wait to return

16/02/2026 Wonderful 4 night in a lovely cottage, can't believe all the extras supplied. Lovely fish and chips at Pakefield Plaice.  Recommended evening meal at The Jolly Sailors, be careful to book.  Our 6 year old grand daughter was so excited staying in an "ancient house/cottage"!!  Highly recommended, would love to stay again.

20/02/2026 We spend our time back home planning our diaries around coming back to Pips Cottage.  Pakefield has become our happy place, with this wonderful cottage providing us a home from home, forever grateful to Suzanne & Peter for allowing us to stay here to undo the stresses of daily life.  Our third visit to Pips Cottage consisted of a trip to Southwold, we suggest lunch at the "Pickled Kipper".  Once again we did the park run, had fish & chips from over the road and coffee from Zaks.  We enjoy watching everything change as spring begins to arrive.  We will be back.

04/04/2026 What a fantastic place to stay, credit to Peter & Suzanne.  Everything thought of down to the last detail! Just like being at home.  We stayed on Morton Road last year, what a pity we couldn't stay here.  Will definitely be back again.  Thank you both for a wonderful Stay.

25/04/2026 A Wonderful cottage in a perfect location. Everything has been completed to a very high standard and every possible comfort has been added.  Loads of good choices for food and drink locally.  Lovely walks along the sea front.  We used public transport to go to Southwold and Norwich which was excellent.  A lovely holiday, we would like to come back for longer.
