Pips Cottage is a double storey Victorian Town House with two bedrooms on the first floor.
On entering the front of the property there is a step up to the front door, with a 75cm wide entrance.
Once inside the front living area and the snug are on the same level, with a 71cm entrance from the living room and another of the same into the snug.
We then have a step down to the kitchen diner through a 71cm wide entrance.
On the same level as the kitchen diner we have a 62cm entrance to the shower room with a large shower tray, sink and toilet.
To exit the property to the rear garden there is one step onto the patio, through a 83cm wide entrance.
The garden from here on is one level laid to lawn.
Through the gate at the bottom of the garden is a stoned parking area on the same level.
Being a Victorian house the stairs are relatively steep, we have a hand rail to the right of the staircase.Once at the top of the stairs there is a step up into the front bedroom through a 71cm wide entrance with two full size single beds.
From the top of the stairs there is a step up to the rear bedroom through a 71cm wide entrance with a king size bed and a further step down into the
en suite bathroom through a 66cm wide entrance. There is a large bath, sink and toilet.
