We bought Pips Cottage because we love Pakefield, there was a huge amount of work to be done as the last time the property had been updated was 1957! Along with a team of builders and a trusty side kick we set about the task of rewiring, re-plastering, new windows, new roof and an extension on the back, Many hours also spent scraping and sanding before we could even think about paint! Take a look how it all began!
